Iran has warned that if there is an attack from the US, it will attack all US military bases in the Middle East in response.
Accordingly, foreign media are reporting that the US military bases in Qatar are being withdrawn.
Iran has made this warning in response to US President Donald Trump’s warning that it will attack Iran for killing protesters.
The largest US military base in the Middle East, Al Ubaid Air Base, located outside the capital of Doha, Qatar, is spread over a 59-acre area and is reported to have about ten thousand US military personnel. The Al Ubaid military base was hit by a missile attack from Iran following the US military’s airstrike on Iran during the Iran-Israel war that broke out in June last year.
